What is the return and refund process?

To initiate a return, please email info@grausan.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. If approved, we will provide a return authorization and the US return address. Securely repack the item and ship it using a trackable service. You are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, and we recommend keeping your tracking receipt, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of inspection and issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.

Where do you ship to?

We ship exclusively within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free on all orders. There is no minimum spend required and no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Below are the estimated delivery timelines for US orders.

Order cutoff time: Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling & transit times:

  • Handling time: Please allow 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to prepare your order for shipment and conduct quality checks.
  • Transit time: Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the exact destination.

Total estimated delivery time: You can expect your order to arrive within 7–13 business days from the date of your order.

Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

You can request a cancellation by emailing us at info@grausan.com. Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our standard return process.

How can I track my order?
