4. Payment Timing and Verification

  • Immediate Payment: Full payment is required at the time you place your order. We are unable to ship items or reserve inventory until payment is successfully cleared.
  • Fraud Prevention: To ensure safety, all orders undergo verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing/product errors. We may reach out to confirm your billing details prior to shipment.

5. Taxes and Duties

All prices displayed on our website are final and include any applicable taxes. What you see at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

There are no exceptions: customers will not face additional tariffs, import fees, or customs duties upon delivery.

6. Payment Issues and Refunds

If your transaction is declined, please verify your billing address, card details, and available funds. You may also attempt the purchase using a different payment method.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment in adherence to our return and refund policy. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of inspection. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
